Registration for SERI will be available starting May 15, 2024.
Admission requirements are as follows:
Be a graduate of one of the following undergraduate classes with a grade of at least 90/110:
L-18 “Science of Economics and Business Management”
L-33 “Economics”
L-36 “Political science and international relations”
L-37 “Social sciences for cooperation, development and peace”
Or be a graduate of a degree class other than those listed in the previous point, but have earned at least 18 total CFUs in the following disciplines:
Economic-statistics area (at least 6 and not more than 12 CFU): SECS-P/01 “Political Economy,” SECS-P/02 “Economic Policy,” SECS-P/03 “Finance Science,” SECS-P/06 “Applied Economics,” SECS-S/01 “Statistics,” SECS-S/03 “Economic Statistics,” SECS-S/04 “Demography”
Legal area (no more than 12 CFU): IUS/01 “Private law,” IUS/02 “Comparative private law,” IUS/05 “Economic law,” IUS/08 “Constitutional law,” IUS/09 “Public law institutions,” IUS/10 “Administrative law,” IUS/13 “International law,” IUS/14 “European Union law,” IUS/21 “Comparative public law”
Political Science Area (no more than 12 CFU): SPS/04 “Political Science”
All students must have sufficient knowledge of English to enable them to attend classes with profit. This knowledge is ascertained by:
by having acquired at least 6 CFU in an English language teaching (L-LIN/10, L-LIN/11, L-LIN/12)
or by presenting a certification or attestation of English language proficiency of at least B2 level.
Students who meet all admission requirements except the bachelor's degree may matriculate under condition, as described at this link (section “Enrollment under condition for students awaiting the bachelor's degree”).
Students who do not meet the above requirements may still proceed with their application. A committee will evaluate the career and qualifications submitted and decide whether to admit the applicant directly, admit the applicant under the condition of obtaining certain requirements, or not admit the applicant, as described at this link (section “Status Assignment”). This evaluation is usually carried out by the committee without providing for an oral interview with the candidate. In any case, there are no admission tests.
St. Catherine of Siena University College reserves two free places for female students in less than affluent economic circumstances and of foreign origin who are enrolling in a degree program in the Departments of Law, Political and Social Sciences or Economics and Business.
